1. Service and acceptance
By accessing TailedMethod, you agree to these terms and any commercial agreement applicable to your organization. TailedMethod provides AI-assisted recruitment analysis, workflow, collaboration, reporting and export tools.
2. Accounts and permissions
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use only permissions assigned to you. Organization administrators are responsible for team access. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and relevance of uploaded content; candidate notices and lawful bases; decisions made using the service; and compliance with employment, discrimination and data-protection law. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, secrets unrelated to recruitment or data you have no right to process.
4. AI-assisted output
Scores, summaries, reports, rewritten briefs and tailored CVs are generated from supplied material and may contain errors or omissions. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees or professional legal advice. A qualified person must review source material, output and employment decisions.
5. Credits, plans and payment
Some actions consume credits according to the prices shown in the service. Plan allowances, overages, taxes, billing periods and commercial terms are those displayed when purchased or stated in the applicable agreement. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, consumed credits are not refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You may not bypass security, access another organization’s data, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected parts, overload the platform, automate abusive activity, or use output to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service. TailedMethod software, branding and original platform materials remain the property of Dacaso Consulting or its licensors.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental and consequential damages are excluded. Any additional limits agreed in a signed commercial agreement take precedence.
9. Suspension, termination and law
Access may be suspended for security risk, non-payment or material breach. On termination, data handling follows the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot be excluded.
