1. Who controls your data
TailedMethod is operated by Dacaso Consulting, CUI 45945152, Bucharest, Sector 3, Romania. Contact: contact@dacaso.com. For candidate data uploaded by a customer, that customer is generally the data controller and Dacaso Consulting acts as a processor. For account, billing and service data, Dacaso Consulting acts as controller.
2. Data we process
We may process account details, organization and role information, job descriptions, client communications supplied by users, CVs, candidate contact details, interview notes or recordings, transcripts, assessment results, client decisions, audit events and technical security data.
Do not upload information that is not necessary for recruitment. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit candidate data.
3. Why we process it
We use data to provide CV and job analysis, create reports and tailored documents, support recruitment workflows, secure accounts, prevent abuse, maintain service records, provide support and meet legal obligations. AI-assisted output supports human decisions and should not be the sole basis for a decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the relationship and processing activity, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent where required. Customers determine the lawful basis for candidate data they control.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use infrastructure, authentication, storage and AI service providers to operate TailedMethod. They process data only as required to provide their services. Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where required.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained while an account or customer relationship is active and afterward only as needed for contractual, security, dispute and legal purposes. Customers can delete candidates manually. We use access controls, organization separation, private storage and audit records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Candidate requests should normally be sent first to the organization that collected the CV. Account holders can submit privacy requests through their organization administrator or at contact@dacaso.com.
8. Children and changes
The service is for professional recruitment use and is not intended for children. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the updated date will appear above.
